Each bundle is carefully curated with baby essentials, beautifully presented in our signature packaging. Every bundle includes a selection of high-quality items chosen to delight both baby and parent.

Can I customise my bundle?

Yes! We offer personalisation options on selected bundles. You can choose specific colour themes, or select add-on items at checkout. Check individual product pages for available customisation options.

Are your products safe for newborns?

Absolutely. All products in our bundles meet UK and EU safety standards. We carefully select items that are gentle, non-toxic, and suitable for newborns and young babies.

What sizes are included in clothing items?

Where clothing is included, sizes are clearly listed on the product page. We typically offer Tiny, newborn, 0–3 months and 3–6 months options. However we have a limited number of 6–12 month sizes available at request.

Gifting & Packaging

Is the packaging gift-ready?

Yes — every LittleSunshineBundle arrives in our premium gift packaging, ready to give straight from the box. No extra wrapping needed!

Can I send a bundle directly to the recipient?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We'll take care of the rest.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We ship from our location in London, United Kingdom and deliver across the UK and internationally to selected countries worldwide. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time

Standard orders: 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK Standard: 2–5 working days
  • UK Express: 1–2 working days (if available at checkout)
  • EU: 5–10 working days
  • International (USA & Australia): 10–14 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.

International Orders & Customs

We always aim to use the most cost-effective and reliable couriers to help minimise additional charges where possible. However, depending on your location and local regulations, your order may still be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. Any customs charges or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer if applied.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Orders & Returns

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the curated and personalised nature of our bundles, we are unable to accept returns. Each bundle is carefully assembled to order, which means we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

What if my order arrives with damaged or broken items?

We're so sorry if this happens! If any items in your bundle arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. Claims reported outside of the 48-hour window cannot be accepted.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a quick and secure checkout.

What currency will I be charged in?

Orders are processed in GBP (£). If you're ordering internationally, your bank or card provider will apply their standard conversion rate.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your card details.

Can LittleSunshineBundle use my photos or videos?

If you tag us or share content featuring our products, we may reach out to ask permission to reshare your content on our social channels. We will always credit you and will never use your content without your explicit consent.

Can I create content featuring LittleSunshineBundle products for commercial purposes?

Any commercial use of our brand, products, or packaging in content (including sponsored posts, brand collaborations, or paid promotions) requires prior written approval from us. Please get in touch to discuss.

Who owns the LittleSunshineBundle brand and designs?

All branding, imagery, logo designs, product names, packaging designs, and website content are the intellectual property of LittleSunshineBundle and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Can I reproduce or use your images or content?

No. All photography, graphics, and written content on our website and social media are owned by LittleSunshineBundle. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

What should I do if I see someone copying your brand or products?
